    Overcurrent Type MAS-2 are instantaneous primary relay.

    Relays for ratings up to 800 Amps are mounted on insulating material.
    All relays have a transparent cover.
    The clearances and creepage distances withing the relay comply with the requirements laid down for rated voltages of 2400 vdc and 2000 vac.

    APPLICATION. MAS-2 relays are used to protect DC equipment against short circuits. They can also be used to protect semiconductor assemblies (thyristors, diodes, etc.).
