    Description

    This is a Priory Cane designed and hand-built by Do-10.  Construction using ten stainless steel 0.125 inch diameter rods wrapped around one central tang through the handle makes this a hard and durable conditioning stick.  The 1 inch diameter handle is solid poly wrapped in a patterned rubber cover for a secure grip.  Over-all length is 28 inches.  Weight is approximately 16 ounces.  The images show how the bands and end-tip can be repositioned or removed to adjust the impact.  Conditioning should be done with reasonable intensity and common sense.  Duration, repetition, and frequency of course depends upon user experience, intention, and body part.  It is all about hardening both the body and mind in preparation for making strikes and being hit.
